Each Óscala Software Developer works exclusively for one client and is an integral part of their Software Development team - working closely and on a daily basis together with Tech Leads, Architects and other colleagues of the IT team in The Netherlands (or Germany or Belgium).

Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• developing, implementing and maintaining Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations;
• developing intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies;
• participating in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements;
• collaborating inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions;
• creating testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation;
• remaining current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• 8+ years of software development experience, with the past 2 years as a Salesforce developer
• experience in the following:
  • HTML,
  • CSS and Javascript
  • designing and developing solutions within the Salesforce platform,
  • administration, and configuration (Salesforce Lightning, building custom Salesforce reports, writing unit tests, Apex classes, etc)
  • APIs and integrations.
• advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
• experience working on an Agile development team is a definite plus
• English B2/C1 (Upper-intermediate/Advanced) REQUIRED
